Senate Bill 228, nicknamed "loose pants" law, prohibits "students from wearing clothes depicting the clothing or body parts in a way that is indecent, or vulgar or which interferes with the orderly learning environment."
Event organizers say they want to bring public awareness to the Bill and its impact on students in Polk County School District.
The Club is working on a plan to help parents and school district officials to get the students to comply.
Yvonne McShay, a member of the Charter of the Club, said he had often stopped the vehicle to speak to a group of young men dressed in pants pocket.
